2. Group structure and brands

The website www.ricasolistays.com is operated by Ricasoli Group S.r.l., the sole legal entity owning the websites and services identified by the Ricasoli Travel, Ricasoli Realty and Ricasoli Stays brands.

Those brands identify sector-specific operating divisions of the same company and do not constitute separate companies: every contractual relationship, every obligation and every processing of personal data is attributable exclusively to Ricasoli Group S.r.l., whose identification details are set out in paragraph 1.

3. Accommodation activity and information requirements

Under the Ricasoli Stays brand, Ricasoli Group S.r.l. carries out short-let and property management activities on behalf of owners.

National Identification Code (CIN). Each property unit intended for short or tourist letting holds the National Identification Code provided for by Article 13-ter of Italian Decree-Law No. 145 of 18 October 2023, converted with amendments by Law No. 191 of 15 December 2023. The CIN of each property is shown on the relevant property page published on the website and in every listing, together with the further information required by applicable law.

Reporting to the authorities. The operator is required to report to the competent Police Headquarters (Questura), through the “Alloggiati Web” portal, the particulars of the persons accommodated pursuant to Article 109 of Royal Decree No. 773 of 18 June 1931, and to comply with the obligations relating to the tourist tax and to tourism flow statistics.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the website www.ricasolistays.com — including by way of example texts, images, photographs, graphics, logos, trade marks and distinctive signs — belongs to Ricasoli Group S.r.l. or to third parties who have licensed its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, modification or use of the website’s content, even in part, without the prior written consent of the owner is prohibited.

The distinctive signs «Ricasoli Group» and «Ricasoli Stays» and the related logos belong to Ricasoli Group S.r.l. and may not be used without authorisation.
